"Impressive the characters may be, but I'm stopped cold by the unsurpassed art direction present in this game. Unsurpassed? Not the right word. It's sort of like being there for the early days of motion pictures, and screening the very first movie in which the director got the idea that it's OK to move the camera around from time to time. The visual design of Titanic appears to be the result of goals which never even occurred to other game designers. Superlatives have a way of biting you in the butt, but I can't avoid saying that this is without a doubt the most impressive visual environment I've ever seen in a game."
